The awkward questions
Is this investment advice?
- No. Numora is research: an automated rubric applied to public filings, published with its reasoning attached. It is not a recommendation and not personalised to you. Assume a conflict of interest — the operators may hold the securities the software flags. The full terms are on the legal & disclosures page.
How often is it updated?
- Filings, fundamentals and prices ingest nightly. A new 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K re-analyses that company on the next daily pass — a fresh filing jumps the queue. Everything else is re-analysed weekly, and the buy line is repriced against the latest close every night.
What's covered?
- US-listed companies. Each one goes through the same six stages — can we explain it, is there a moat, is management straight, is the industry survivable, what does the scorecard say — and only then gets a valuation and a memo. The full method is public.
Can I cancel?
- Yes, in one click from your account — no email, no phone call. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can resume before it lapses.
What if a verdict is wrong?
- Sometimes it is. Verdicts come from an automated pipeline and can carry a bad datum or a misjudged moat. That is why every memo shows the reasoning and the sources behind the number — so you can check the call rather than take it. We published the backtest, including the years it didn't work.
