Legal & Disclosures
Numora is owned and operated by SK Tech Holdings LLC (“SK Tech Holdings LLC”, “we”, “us”). SK Tech Holdings LLC provides this software and the analysis it produces on an “as is” basis, for research and informational purposes only. Please read the following before relying on anything you see here.
Research & informational use only — not investment advice
The data, verdicts, intrinsic-value estimates, valuation memos, scores, alerts, and every other output on this site are provided solely for research and informational purposes. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not a statement that any security is suitable for you or any particular person. Nothing here is personalized to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Numora's verdicts are generated by automated models (including large language models) applying a fixed rubric to public information. They are produced without human review in the general case, and contain errors — parsing failures, stale inputs, and occasional fabricated details. Treat every output as a starting point for your own independent research, not a conclusion. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance and model estimates do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed financial, legal, or tax professional before acting.
SK Tech Holdings LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on this site should be construed as a representation to the contrary.
Conflict of interest
You should assume a conflict of interest exists. The developers, operators, owners, and affiliates of SK Tech Holdings LLC may hold positions in the securities that this software flags as “buys” or otherwise surfaces, screens, or discusses — and may buy, sell, or otherwise trade those securities at any time, including as a direct result of the software's own analysis, and without notice to you.
Their positions and trades may be inconsistent with, or contrary to, the verdicts shown on this site, and may be established or closed before, at the same time as, or after a verdict is published. We are under no obligation to disclose any specific holding or transaction. Because the same analysis you see may inform our own trading, our interests may diverge from yours.
Community Guidelines & moderation
Numora hosts per-company discussion threads so readers can share their own views. Comments are contributed by users and do not represent Numora, SK Tech Holdings LLC, or its affiliates, and are not investment advice. The disclaimers above apply in full to everything posted in the community. By posting, you grant Numora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your comment on the site.
Who can post
Reading the community is open to everyone, including anonymous visitors and search engines. Posting, replying, and voting require a signed-in Numora account with a verified email address (a free account is sufficient). This helps keep the discussion accountable and reduces spam and abuse.
What's not allowed
Keep it civil and on-topic. The following are prohibited and may be removed:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or attacks on a person or group.
- Spam, scams, repetitive promotion, pump-and-dump coordination, or deceptive links.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content.
- Market manipulation, insider information, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonation, or presenting yourself as affiliated with Numora when you are not.
How moderation works
Every comment is automatically screened before it is published using large-language-model classification. A comment our screening judges clearly abusive is blocked and not published; a borderline comment may be published in a pending state and placed in a review queue for a human moderator. Automated screening is imperfect — it can occasionally block or hold a legitimate comment, or miss one that should have been caught.
Any signed-in user can flag a published comment (spam, abuse, offensive, or other). When a comment reaches a threshold of flags it is automatically hidden pending review. A moderator may then approve, remove, or restore it. Flagging alone never penalizes an author — only a confirmed removal does.
Strikes and posting bans
We use a three-strike system to deal with repeated abuse. A strike is recorded when a comment is ruled abusive — either by automated screening at the point of posting, or by a moderator removing a published comment as abusive. You are warned at each strike, in the app and by email, and told how many strikes remain.
If your comments are ruled abusive three times, your ability to post is suspended. A posting ban stops you from commenting, replying, voting, and flagging; it does not affect your ability to read the community or to use the rest of Numora. If you believe a strike or ban was applied in error, contact us to request a review.
We may update these guidelines from time to time, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe and useful.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The software and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK Tech Holdings LLC and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this software or its output.
Data sources
Fundamental and market data underlying the analysis is derived from public SEC filings and SEC data feeds. Filing narratives and XBRL financial facts come directly from the SEC's public systems. See the methodology for how the analysis is produced.
